On October 17, Dr. Anita Schug, the head of Women and Children Affairs at the European Rohingya Council (ERC) was invited by Grand Challenges Canada to share her experience on people affected by conflicts and Humanitarian Projects Design and Evaluation in Berlin, Germany.
She took the opportunity to highlight the never ending plight of Rohingya and the massive gap in the humanitarian needs and dealing with it. The ERC is proud that Dr. Anita Schug was selected as an external reviewer in August 2018 for the humanitarian project proposals submitted from across the world to the Grand Challenge Canada.
The session was organised by the Grand Challenges Canada in Berlin seeking bold innovations to help and create hope for vulnerable people caught in conflicts and hard-to-reach areas.
